We strongly recommend that you fully inspect your product before purchasing. 

The majority of products will be near perfect, but there can be some small imperfections. 

To try and help we categorise all products into 3 groups. 

Category A - This product appears in new condition, its only on close inspection that small imperfections can be found, or the grading of the natural material may fall just outside of our high specifications.
Category B - Some visible markings that are noticeable from 3' away. All markings are cosmetic and the structural integrity of the product is perfect.

RESPRAY
On selected items, we can offer a respray option that allows you to pick from a large range of colours and return the product to a Category A.  (Please be aware that it is not possible to respray a dark colour to a light)

Small items = £60
Medium items = £120
Large items = £240
